Job Description	:	Managing the Production Department in order to match quality and targeted outputs. Training the staff to achieve high efficiency, low waste rates, good quality, and the punctual delivery of the products, and, contributing the continuous improvement process. Ensuring that the plant strategy, considering the future product , equipment and budget, will be in line with the overall business unit strategy. Managing staff in a manner which is seen to be motivating, equitable and transparent. Also, ensuring that all staff are trained up to their maximum potential, capability, and job flexibility with an objective to “bring on” Thai supervision. Taking overall responsibility for the Operations department, including Production, Manufacturing & Engineering, Logistics & Planning, and Maintenance, as well as the manufacturing of all products and the successful management of safety, productivity, quality and delivery measures as established and set for the Operations department and its organization. Planning strategy, and managing activities associated with product line improvements, including, but not limited to developing and implementing procedures and process controls. Maintaining, developing, and motivate people, work coordination, and support within facilities. Managing the continuous process improvement of the production process through the implementation of Lean production in accordance with the company and global standards. Driving growth, profitability through cost reduction, on-time delivery, and the achievement of customer requirements. Strongly follow up on the Company’s regulations, safety regulations, ISO
Salary Range	:	130,001-150,000
