1. 5 year work expereinces in Tool/Process/ product design related to Rubber, either using Extrussion or injection process. 2. Worked in manufacturing environment, manufacturing and parts and component suing silicone/ EPDM materials. 3. Expereince in reading drawing/ suggestion design change to support manufacturing/ tool fabrication and ablity to match with machinery specification. 4.. Hands on expereince handling customers 2D/3D and converting to factory parts design and tool drawing. 5.. Understand design standards/ limitation and able to suggest changes to customer . |
