Position	:	Sourcing Manager
Job Description	:	Job responsibilities: 1. Understand business requirements and ensure timely inclusion to sourcing plans. 2. Source for new supplier and manage related price negotiation, contracts and payment terms with them. 3. Works closely with sales team and manage sourcing activities in accordance to the business and customers’ requirements 4. Manage sourcing activities for all products which includes new product launching, sampling management and product approval processes. 5. Conducts general market research which includes reviewing potential suppliers, supplier analysis, materials specifications and resources and manage supplier qualification process. 6. Develop sourcing plans which includes requests for proposal, conducts supplier evaluation and propose potential suppliers for management’s decision making. 7. Solve sourcing related issues independently. 8. Manage supplier contract validity, and related re-negotiation as needs arise and ensure up-to-date contract records. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Material Engineering or any related field. 2. Possess at least 10 years+ of progressive procurement and local & oversea sourcing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment 3. Relevant experience in Polyurethane & Polyethylene foam, Rubber Sponge, Industrial Adhesive Tape, Industrial Film, Fleece & Felts, Rubber Sheet material is preferably and add advantage 4. Good command of English, negotiation and communication skill. 5. Possess knowledge of sourcing management preferably through new product launches and key business drivers. 6. Ability to work effectively within a group and/or team and provide guidance to team members. 7. Experience in program management and ability to implement strategic sourcing relationships with suppliers.
Salary Range	:	50,001-70,000
